Galeria Bemowo is a 30,345 m² center that opened in 1999 on the fringe of the Bemowo and Bielany districts in Warsaw.

The shopping center serves as a key connection between the two parts of the city. It has 120 shops and 944 parking spaces, anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket, Rossmann and RTV Euro AGD. The asset needs repositioning, which is in line with Futureal Investment Partners’ strategy of generating above-average returns.
